1. Services Offered

Brush & Chroma provides professional painting and surface finishing services, including but not limited to:

• Interior & exterior wall painting
• Cabinet painting & refinishing
• Stucco removal & surface restoration
• Ceiling structure design & finishing
• Custom finishes & texture work

All services are subject to site inspection and client approval of the estimate and scope of work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.
• All payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule (advance, mid-project, final).
• Taxes and materials (unless stated) may be billed separately.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• You may reschedule or cancel the service with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Brush & Chroma reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or health & safety concerns.

4. Project Execution

• We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your furniture, flooring, and belongings during service.
• The client must ensure that the work area is accessible, free from obstruction, and ready for service on the scheduled date.
• Delays due to restricted access, unprepared space, or pending permissions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

• We offer a limited service warranty on workmanship (duration to be specified in your service agreement).
• Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, external conditions (water damage, dampness), or client interference post-service.
• Paint brands and products carry their own manufacturer warranties.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate information is provided about the site and requirements.
• Secure valuables and delicate items before our team begins work.
• Arrange access to water, electricity, and other necessary resources.
• Inform us in advance about pets, special conditions, or concerns on site.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Brush & Chroma and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest quality, Brush & Chroma is not liable for:

• Minor imperfections or variations inherent to manual work
• Delays due to force majeure, supply chain issues, or client-side interruptions
• Damages caused by pre-existing structural issues or conditions beyond our control

9. Privacy

We collect and use client information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data without consent.

10. Modifications

Brush & Chroma reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
